Where to find call recordings
Call recordings appear on each call's detail page in the admin portal.
Recordings live on each call's detail page. Open Call history in the admin portal and click any call to expand its recording.
Click a row to expand the recording.
Recordings stay available for 28 days. You can download them as MP3 from the same panel.
