What's the Cradle dashboard?

Dashboard is the live presence view of your team and ring groups. For metrics, head to Reporting.

Dashboard is the live view of who's around. Open it from CALLS > Dashboard in the admin-portal sidebar and you'll see your team's presence and how each group is loaded right now. It's the page to glance at if someone asks "is Sam free?" or "is sales drowning in calls?".

What you'll see

  • Team presence: each user's current state (available, busy, away, on a call, offline) with their name and group memberships.
  • Group availability: a tile per ring group showing how many people are currently available, how many are on calls, and any callers waiting.

It's a snapshot of right now. Refresh the page (or leave it open) to see presence change as people sign in, take calls, or set themselves away.

What Dashboard is not

Dashboard used to show counters like Inbound calls, Answer rate, and Minutes talking. Those metric tiles have moved. If you want historical performance data, you want Reporting:
