Compliance

Calls are recorded, transcribed and timestamped against the right client, with a clear audit trail of who handled the conversation and when. Recordings live on Cradle's servers (28-day default retention; extendable on request) and link from the activity feed. Configurable to match CA ANZ practice review standards and NZ AML/CFT obligations.
