Setting up the XPM integration
Connect Cradle to your Xero Practice Manager (XPM) practice so your team can dial clients from Cradle.
How to get set up
To get set up, you need to head to the Cradle admin site and select Integrations from the left-hand menu. Once there, you can connect XPM to Cradle.
- Click Connect to XPM
- Sign into Xero, and choose your XPM Practice Organisation (you can only connect one at this point in time).
- Click Allow Access.
- Xero will redirect you back to Cradle, and your integration will now be set up.
You will need to be an administrator in Cradle and have appropriate permissions in XPM.
Note
You need to be granted access to XPM within Cradle, so if connecting to XPM isn't an option, please reach out to our support team using the chat on this page.
