Putting together the workflow
When you've qualified a new contact you might want to automatically enroll them into your marketing nurture sequence. For example, a new general enquiry has come through which is a good fit for your business and you'd like them to begin receiving case studied on work your business has done with other clients in the past.
We can create this workflow by using the following enrollment triggers with an AND between them:
User that created this contact from within Cradle is known
Create date is less than 1 day ago
In the example shown below we've included a 1-hour delay however you are welcome to make this anytime that best suits your teams needs.
Choose an action
Choose any action that you would like to happen when this event is triggered. In our case, we have shown an example of sending a self-sign email.
