How can I update my billing information?

Add or change your credit card, switch to direct debit, and update your billing address.

You need either a credit card or a direct debit set up on your account so you can buy numbers and start making calls. Your address is also required for compliance reasons in most countries.

Set up or change payment

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. Open Billing to add or update your payment method. The page has a Billing Address section for your address and a Payment Method section for your card details, with a Set up direct debit link beside it.
  3. To add or change your account address, open Address.

You can come back to these pages any time to update your address or payment details.

Direct debit is preferred

We recommend paying by direct debit. It avoids the card surcharge we apply to credit card payments to recover the cost of accepting cards. You can switch to direct debit on the same Billing page.
