How does Cradle's pricing work?
What goes into a Cradle subscription, how calling bundles work, and where to see current pricing.
Cradle has pricing plans for businesses of all sizes, so you only pay for what you use. For current per-user pricing, plan inclusions, and calling-bundle details, see the pricing page.
What makes up a subscription?
- User plan: access to the Cradle apps for each member of your team, plus the calling features your business needs.
- Calling bundle: a monthly allowance of minutes to and from the destinations you call most. If you're not sure how much you'll use, start on Pay As You Go and switch to a bundle once you have a feel for your team's usage.
- Extras: things like call recording, toll-free numbers, additional numbers, or SMS.
What's in a user plan?
- A complete phone system: software for your team to make and receive calls, the routing tools to build it the way your business works, and customer support when you get stuck.
- Integrations with HubSpot, Xero, XPM, and FYI for caller context and automatic call logging.
- Reporting to see how your phones are working and where to tune them.
For the features included in each plan tier, see the pricing page.
Calling minutes
Calling plans come in bundles sized for different teams. If you go over your bundle, the overage rate is discounted from the standard Pay As You Go rate, so the savings keep coming.
- Pay As You Go: no included minutes. You pay a per-minute rate for what you use. Good for trial periods or for working out your usage before picking a bundle.
- Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large: each bundle includes outbound landline minutes, outbound mobile minutes, and inbound minutes, sized for the bundle. Exact inclusions are on the pricing page.
Extras
Your subscription covers the day-to-day, but you might add:
- Additional landline numbers
- Mobile numbers (country dependent)
- Toll-free numbers
- SMS (currently available on the Cradle desktop app for AU and UK numbers)
- Call recording (charged per minute, in addition to standard call charges, on both inbound and outbound recorded calls)
How do I cancel?
We'd love you to stay, but we understand Cradle isn't the right fit for every business. Email help@cradle.io to let us know. We have a 30-day cancellation notice period that runs alongside your normal billing cycle, so it's best to get in touch at the start of a new billing period.
If you committed to annual renewals in return for cheaper pricing, you'll need to cancel at your renewal date or pay a break fee for early cancellation. Check the proposal you signed at the start, along with the Cradle Terms of Access.
We'll provide any information you need to move to a new provider.
