Transferring a call
How can you pass a call to one of your colleagues?
If you've received a call but it'd be better handled by someone else on your team, you can pass the caller over using Cradle.
To transfer, click on Transfer. You will be presented with a list of your team. Click on the person you want to transfer the call to.
Cradle will put the caller on hold while you call your teammate, and you can introduce the person. Once they answer, click on the blue Transfer Now button to transfer the call. If the person can't help or doesn't pick up, click on the Back to Call button to be reconnected to the caller.
This is a cold transfer: Cradle puts the caller on hold while you speak with the teammate first, then connects them when you're ready.
