Call transfers

Transfer calls to other users in the way that works for your business.

Cradle offers several ways to transfer calls between members of your team.

Blind transfer:

Transfer the call directly to another user. They answer and speak to the client straight away.

Cold transfer:

Place the client on hold and speak to the person you are transferring the call to before connecting the client.

Warm transfer:

Bring all three participants into the call together, allowing you to make introductions and explain the reason for the call before leaving them to continue.
