Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Cradle Limited, registered in Auckland, New Zealand.

Eligibility

• Entry is open only to individuals aged 18 years and over.

• Entrants must be employed by an accounting or bookkeeping firm at the time of entry.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible.

Entry Requirements

• Entry is free, with no purchase necessary.

• To enter, participants must provide their full name, email address, and favourite wine region.

• By entering, participants agree that Cradle Limited may collect, store, and use their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and for marketing purposes relating to Cradle’s products and services.

Prize

• There is one prize consisting of six (6) bottles of wine with a total retail value of approximately AUD $175.

• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

• Cradle Limited accepts no responsibility for the use of the prize once delivered or collected.

Draw and Winner Notification

• The competition is a game of chance. The winner will be determined randomly and not by skill.

• The winner will be drawn at random at 4:00pm AEST on 4 September 2025.

• The winner will be notified by both phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

• The prize may be collected from the Rydges Hotel, South Bank, Brisbane, or shipped (at no cost) to any valid Australian address.

Conditions

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

• Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date.

• If the prize is not claimed within three (3) months of notification, the promoter will conduct a re-draw and award the prize to another entrant.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.

Privacy

• All personal information will be handled in accordance with Cradle Limited’s Privacy Policy.

Record-Keeping

• The promoter will keep records relating to this competition, including entries, prize details, and winner information, for a minimum of five (5) years, as required by law.
